A half day of meditation and instruction with Michael Mugaku Zimmerman Roshi at Artspace Zendo, Salt Lake City.
ALL SEATS ARE CURRENTLY FILLED, however there is an option to participate online that is open for registration.
Artspace Zendo Instructions:
Those new to Zen practice or those who want a refresher on the Zendo forms should arrive at 7:30 am. All others, please arrive by 7:45 am.
