Summary

A half day of meditation and instruction with Michael Mugaku Zimmerman Roshi at Artspace Zendo, Salt Lake City. Those new to Zen practice or those who want a refresher on the Zendo forms should arrive at 7:30 am. All others, please arrive by 7:45 am.

Online participation is open to Steelyard Sangha members with approval of Mugaku Roshi.
