Summary
A half day of meditation and instruction with Michael Mugaku Zimmerman Roshi at Artspace Zendo, Salt Lake City. If this is your first Day of Zen, arrive at 7:15 am for an introduction and orientation to the Zendo. All others, please arrive by 7:45 am.
Online participation is open to Steelyard Sangha members with the approval of Mugaku Roshi.
