Summary

A half day of meditation and instruction with Michael Mugaku Zimmerman Roshi at Artspace Zendo, Salt Lake City. Those new to Zen practice or those who want a refresher on the Zendo forms should arrive at 7:15 am. All others, please arrive by 7:45 am.

Online participation is open to Steelyard Sangha members with the approval of Mugaku Roshi.

The January Day of Zen is full. Please go to the Two Arrows Zen website, www.twoarrowszen.org, to register for the February 3 Day of Zen.
