Young Urban Zen is a quarterly class offered at Two Arrows Zen Center in Salt Lake City, It engages people interested in meditation between the ages of 20 - 40 and offers an opportunity to build a stable meditation practice and meaningful community with people interested in mindfulness and human development.
The first class in 2020 is an eight-week series called "Waking Up and Growing Up" on Tuesday nights, January 21- March 10. Young Urban Zen: Waking Up and Growing Up will be highly experiential, including meditation, interpersonal exercises, and dialogues. This class series will weave together elements of Zen meditation, Integral Theory, adult developmental psychology, and interpersonal and emotional development.
