Summary
This is a half-day of meditation and instruction with Michael Mugaku Zimmerman Roshi. If you are new to meditation, we ask that you join the morning sit (7:00 am, M-F) or the Thursday evening sit (5:30 pm) before registering for the Day of Zen.

Online participation is open to Steelyard Sangha members with Mugaku Roshi's approval.
Those new to Zen practice or wanting a refresher on the Zendo forms should arrive at 7:15 am. All others, please arrive by 7:45 am.
